Application criteria: (must fulfill all of the followings)
1. Hong Kong ID card holder
2. Patients who meet the approved indication specified by this program
3. Patient of public hospital in Hong Kong
4. Pass individual monthly income assessment
5. Patients using SOTATERCEPT 45mg or 60mg for each treatment cycle.
