Application criteria
1. Valid HKID card holder, and
2. Safety Net patients of hospitals under Hong Kong Hospital Authority, and
3. Meet the medical conditions specified by this program, and
4. Received prescription of venetoclax issued by any hospital doctor under Hong Kong Hospital Authority, and
5. Accumulatively collect free drugs or self-paid certain quantity of venetoclax at hospitals under Hong Kong Hospital Authority specified by the program
