Application criteria
1. Valid HKID card holder, and
2. Adult patients of any clinical oncology or medical oncology in Hong Kong, and
3. Having the purchase invoices and receipts, purchase record and original prescription of Lenvima issued by any Hong Kong private oncology clinic or hospital, and
4. Meet the medical conditions specified by this program, and
5. Financial status: Personal monthly income not exceeding HK$ 100,000 in total for the past 6 months
6. Patient, who has already enrolled in any other Lenvima drug assistance program, cannot apply for this program
