Program start date: September 1, 2023

Application criteria: (must fulfill all of the followings)

1. Valid HKID card holder

2. Prescribed with Zejula® by same private oncologist, gynaecological oncologist or gynaecologist in Hong Kong

3. Adult patients who meet the medical conditions specified by this program

4. Financial status: Individual monthly income not exceeding HK$ 80,000 in total

5. Not enrolled in other Zejula patient assistance programs
