Program Information:
To shorten the waiting time for brain scan, patients referred by Hospital Authority hospitals
can apply this program after completion of brain scan in private sector.
Upon successful application, patients can receive rebate of brain scan with the support of valid receipt.
Application criteria:
1. Valid HKID card holder
2. Adult patients from any public hospitals under Hospital Authority
3. Meet the medical conditions specified by this program
4. Having the application form issued by any doctors from public hospitals under Hospital Authority
5. Applicants who has completed brain scan in private sector with valid receipt
6. Applicants cannot concurrently accept any other brain scan funding programs
