Program description:
During Trastuzumab Deruxtecan treatment cycle (1 treatment cycle is 21 days), eligible applicants may receive drug consultations from registered pharmacist and drug cost rebate until doctor changes drug regimen.
Application criteria:
1. Hong Kong resident with valid Hong Kong Identity Card holder or non-Hong Kong resident with valid identity card, and
2. Adult patient of Hong Kong private clinical oncologist or medical oncologist, and
3. Holder of valid Trastuzumab Deruxtecan prescription and purchase receipts issued by private clinical oncologist or medical oncologist in Hong Kong, and
4. Personal monthly income not exceeding HK$100,000 in total, and
5. Meet the medical conditions specified by this program
