The program aims to reduce the financial burden of eligible patients through drug subsidy.
Application criteria: (Applicant must fulfil ALL of the following criteria)
1.Holders of valid HKID card or other valid proof of identity;
2.Patients are prescribed with Cosentyx® as treatment regimen by Dermatologists or Rheumatologists in Hong Kong ; and
3.Purchase of Cosentyx® 150mg/1ml or 300mg/2ml in the private hospitals in Hong Kong
