Program Information:
To shorten the waiting time for bone scan, patients referred by Hospital Authority hospitals or designated
private health institutions can apply this program after completion of 99mTc-PYP bone scan in
private sector. Upon successful application, patients can receive rebate of bone scan
with the support of valid receipt.
Application criteria:
1. Valid HKID card holder
2. Adult patients from Hospital Authority hospitals or designated private health institutions
3. Holder of valid 99mTc-PYP bone scan referral letter issued by Hospital Authority hospital or private health institutions (letter issued from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024)
