Program aim: To support eligible patients with drug cost subsidy, aiming to reduce patients’ financial burden of drug treatment.
Application criteria: (all of the followings)
1. Valid HKID card holder and
2. Adult patients 18 years old or above and
3. Patients of the dermatology biologic clinic of Department of Health, or dermatology or rheumatology biologic clinic of Hospital Authority hospital in Hong Kong and
4. Patients prescribed with Cosentyx® as treatment by dermatologists or rheumatologists.
# This program is not eligible for the patients receiving Samaritan Fund.
