Application criteria:
1.) Valid HKID Card Holder
2.) Patients of private urology or oncology centers in Hong Kong
3.) Meet the medical conditions specified by this program
4.) Financial status: Individual annual disposable income is less than HK$1,500,000
5.) With an original valid prescription and receipts or a purchasing record booklet of Xtandi issued by private practice urologists or oncologists (if applicable)
6.) Applicants who have successfully enrolled in other Xtandi® subsidy or discount programs are not eligible for this program
