Application criteria
1. Valid HKID card holder
2. Adult patients of any private hospitals or private oncology centers in Hong Kong
3. Meet the medical conditions specified by this program
4. Financial status: Family monthly income not exceeding HK$ 120,000 in total
5. Having the receipt or purchase proof of Tagrisso™ and original prescription of Tagrisso™ issued by any Hong Kong oncologist or doctor from any Hong Kong oncology center
6. Applicants cannot concurrently accept any other Tagrisso™ medication funding programs and patient-discount programs.
