Our job includes:

♦ Reducing medication error: prevents adverse reactions related to drug use, improves drug compliance and enhances the efficacy of medications.

♦ Clinical pharmaceutical service: communicate and cooperate with medical professionals from hospitals, the Department of Health, and the Social Welfare Department.

♦ Continuing drug education: provide medication courses, discussion and training for workers in old-age homes.

♦ Establishing safe medication management system: help old-age homes to follow guidelines in managing drugs, including storage, dispensing, disposal and keeping record.
